You are invited to join Bishop Amy Current for Peace Be With You Sunday Gatherings in November from 2:00–4:00 PM. Centered on the first words of the resurrected Jesus to his fearful disciples, this year’s theme explores how the Southeastern Iowa Synod shares God’s peace through its ministries, congregations, partners, and grants.
Each gathering includes worship, a presentation, conversation, and a "peace" of pie. You'll learn how mission support makes this work possible and how congregations and ministries are faithfully stewarding their time, talents, gifts, and treasure to serve others.
All are welcome, whether you are new to church, a longtime churchgoer, a pastor, deacon, SAM, or congregational leader. Come on your own or invite a friend to join you. You are also welcome at any or all of the gatherings listed below!
